Monterey Surf is proud to be the hub for elite soccer in Monterey County, as well as a gateway for those players just beginning their soccer journey. We offer year round competitive training and experiences, as well as recreational leagues, camps, and skills clinics for players of all ages and skill levels. 

The Elite Clubs Regional League (ECNL RL) is a tier within the broader Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) structure, designed to provide high-level competition and development opportunities to youth soccer players at a more regional level.

The Pre-ECNL is a developmental soccer league that prepares young players for future Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) participation. It is an introductory platform for younger age groups, ranging from U12 to U11, offering high competition and training to help players develop the skills needed for success in the ECNL.

The Norcal Premier Soccer League is one of California’s premier youth soccer leagues, offering a platform for players to develop at a local league level. The National 1 League is the highest level of competition within the NorCal League.

Our Recreational and Junior Academy programs create an environment that allows players to have fun whilst learning the fundamentals of soccer. Our focus is on individual technical development in a fun and safe environment.
